The Y5/Y6 Boys and Girls Cricket teams both finished in third place at the Madrid International Cricket Competition.

Eight teams took part in the tournament, including schools such as Runnymede, King’s, Hastings and others. Finishing in third place is a fantastic achievement, especially considering the hard work and effort the students showed throughout a very hot day of competition.

We are fortunate to have such confident and caring students at TEMS, and they should be very proud of their performance.

We look forward to many more cricket matches together in the future. Finally, a big thank you to the Year 11 sports leaders — Gabi, Valeria and Emi — for their fantastic support throughout the event.
