Last week, our IBDP students travelled to Denmark, where they explored Copenhagen and experienced the country’s rich culture, history and way of life.

A particular highlight of the trip was the visit to the Technical University of Denmark (DTU) and a local Danish school. These visits gave students a valuable insight into higher education and student life in Denmark, allowing them to compare different educational systems and broaden their international perspective.

A unique opportunity during the visit was a personalised tour of DTU led by the Head of International Admissions. Students received first-hand guidance on university pathways, international study opportunities and the admissions process, helping them to better understand the options available as they begin planning their future academic journeys.

Educational visits such as this provide invaluable real-world experiences, encouraging students to explore new cultures while supporting them in making informed decisions about their future studies.
