Last Friday, Global Be Well Day took place in our school. 75 schools of the group, distributed in 3 continents, we put aside the daily school activity for a great cause, to inculcate to our students, parents and members of the staff the importance of both physical and mental well-being for an excellent school development.
TEMS focus on wellbeing throughout the year, but joining together in this dedicated day celebrated our collective commitment to wellbeing as a global family.
At our school, each group had specific activities to develop both physical and mental wellbeing but in addition, we worked on joint activities in which the whole school took part like Tai Chi, Body Pump or singing a son for the wellbeing. It was wonderful.
It is an annual reminder of the priority we place on equipping young people with the confidence and resourcefulness that prepares them to grow, thrive and find their success in a fast-changing world.
